Hornady 22-250 Custom 60 SP

I bought some Hornady Custom 22-250 60 gr ammo. Does anyone know who's power and primer is used to make up this ammo. The powder looks like H4895 and they are using a average charge of 34.6 - 34.7 g? I want to try and match it.
