Handloading for the 223

I just bought a remington 700 vls 223 I was looking for some info on loading some good acurate loads for shoots out to 300 or 400 yards. I would like to use hornady 50 gr. vmax and hodgen h322 does anyone have experence with these if so would you have some numbers on size of load and velocity.

thanks that is very helpful do you have any favorites that I should also look at trying as I am just starting out.
