Full Length or neck size only?

finally starting to get my equipment. One guy who built my 7 mm stw for me and worked up a load for it recommended neck sizing only. Another buddy who loads primarily .270 said full size for better accuracy..any suggestions for a new guy

Neither. I employ Partial Full Length Resizing (PFLR)
