Just out of curiosity I sent them an email this morning and asked them about the busy phone. Their reply is below. This might help out some.
HI Dick, I know it can be very hard to get the busy signal but we have
a full staff of 5 people answering one call after another. We are all
averaging over 100 each so as you can see it's just a very busy place.
Is there anything that we can help you with by email? Wednesdays and
Thursdays are typically our slowest days on the phone.
