i shoot 115 NBT's in mine over RL22. My grouping looks very similar to yours. I can get the first two touching, #3 is just off and then look out. Mine is not floated though, Rem 700 LSS, and the forearm does touch. It also has a sporter barrel so it get hot fast. It may not not like 115's in yours. I tried to load out closer to lands and the accuracy got worse, I shortened them up, and it came right in there. I am pressing them to 3.160 and that works well with NBT's
