Well if you don't have a stuck case extractor you can try a few things. First go put the die in the freezer to shrink the metal a bit.
Next get out your drill and tap set. Drill out the primer pocket and tap the hole for a bolt larger than the primer you need all the bite you can get.
At this point you have a few options, lock the die in your bench vise and try pulling the case out with some vise grips from the bolt or. If you have a grinder cut the bold head off so you just have a threaded rod. Spin a nut on with some over sized washers around the base of the case and it will pull it out.
Then invest in a kit
