Canjar single stage trigger

I bought a rifle with one of these--not the set trigger--and was wondering what the adjustment # range is. It is a regular hunting trigger I think, and is currently set at about three #'s which I don't like. Any help will be appreciated.

The following page has the documents posted online for the Canjar trigger about 2/3 down the page. Someone scanned the instructions and posted them there.
