I just ordered two pounds of retumbo last week, they had some 1# bottles and had a limit of 2 per customer.....I'm betting its a supply issue, they don't list any primers other than i stock shotgun ones either.

Its certainly a supply/demand issue. I go into my local Cabela's twice a week and check up on ammo and reloading gear. Its hit or miss on powder. Pistol bullets are almost non existant and I havent seen any 30 cal match bullets in months. But I just picked up 2 pounds of H1000 so I'm set for alittle while. 338 RUM is a hungry powder eater.

They don't have it listed because they don't have any. No need to panic keep checking back and it will show up when available.

You need to do a bit more dedicated searching....

Plenty of Sierra's around in match and game king 30 cal at Grafs and Midway and Natchezz.

I even saw some at Cabelas on the shelf....

My 700 rounds of "Grafs" 175gr HPBT shipped today (placed my order a while ago). 18lb of match bullets... That should keep me busy for a good long while. From the info, I believe these are SMK's since the BC is an exact match and this stuff is supplied in bulk for the military contracts as the "new" sniper ammo.

Justo 'blow' your theory (and my concerns) completely out of the water... It's certainly supply chain economics as in supply outstripped demand (as I surmised and hoped)...... If you want some, I have no issue with supplying you with some, you'll have to come get it and it won't be gratus of course. I have a partial keg and it would be based on weight versus price paid.
