Bullet sizing lube

I have some 50 cal API bullets to resize. What is the best way to lube them and what kind of lube works best? I will be using a C&H sizing die. Thanks

I use the same die, and use RCBS #2, and wipe it off with a damp towel. But after trying it, I discovered that it was just as effective to size them in the throat of the rifle... just as accurate and faster (much faster [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img])
