Bullet Runout

I know this is important and I have been shown a couple of tricks over the years to minimize it without resorting to high dollar dies and other equipment.

What I had never done was actually measure it. I picked up some equipment to do so last weekend and I have been practicing on assorted handloads I had on hand.

At what T.I.R. do you put it in the practice category, and at what T.I.R. do you break it down and start over?

I ask, because I was pleasantly surprised at the low numbers I was seeing.

I am comfortable and competent with the tooling and know I am not getting false readings.

Thanks!

Mike

EDIT: I finally found the right search and found a good bit already posted!
