Black Hills .223 40gr V-MAX

Anyone have a recipe for the Black Hills .223 40gr V-MAX? Mainly what powder and how much of it? I have some once-fired black hills brass and some 40gr V-Max bullets and are wanting to put the two back together. Thanks.

I use the 40g. v-max and a full throttle charge of Blc-2 It is deadly accurate in my Model 12 savage, It comes out pushing about 3750, I worked up to this but it is just the max load on the Hodgman website. Works really well for me.
