Here's what Walt Berger sent me last year for the 168/180... (hopefully the posting will retain the table formatting. But, I'm not going to fight with it. )

...well, pasting the table didn't work so well. Hope this is legible...

I think Walt Berger pulled this data from Quick Load.

So, I would definitely start low and work up.

I only tried h4831sc and re-22. Both gave good results that were similar to the data in the table.
