7mm-338 lapua necks?

Im building a 7mm/338 lapua with a .315 neck. I had a set of Neal Jones dies made and was wondf neckering how tight of neck I should go with. The neck is .315 what bushing should I start with? I will have plenty to turn down after necking down so I can make it work for any bushing. So what im asking is a .313 to tight? That would be .001 each side. Is that to tight? Thanks
