1-10 or faster should work for the 150.

Seems my 9.25 twist doesnt like anything under 160gr.

My cousin's sendero in 9.25 twist and shoots the 150 BT's 1/4 inch at 100yds. If I get lucky and find the new 150's LRs, I'll load for him. Never could understand why Remington and Savage went with 9.25 instead of an even 9 twist. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Iv tried h4831 sc, h4350, imr4350, rl22, all no go in my sendero ive all but given up on the152 interbonds . I bought 168 vld hunting since I have 2 good loads with 168 vld targets. Maybe I can try h1000 or rl19 for the 152s but im out of patience with them unless someone has any other suggestions 4 me.

Nosler says that a 9.5 twist will stabilize the 150 and the 168 in the 7mm.

Re: 7mm 168 lr accubond now available

I talked to Mike at Nosler (he is the only tech in the reloading dept.) last week and he said the 9.5" twist is recommended for the 7mm 168gr. but the 7mm STW velocity is so fast that the 10" twist would be no problem. Mike thinks the 7mm 168gr. is going to be perfect in the 7mm STW.

The 7mm 175gr. would probably be pushing it working in a 10" twist.

The BAD NEWS is Nosler has finished producing the 7mm 168gr. and the 7mm 150gr. bullets for the season and they will start producing them next Spring 2014.

So, if you can find the 7mm 168gr. bullet I would buy them or wait until next Spring and hunting season. I found a place that had them and I bought the last four boxes they had of them.

They will start producing the 7mm 175gr. in 30-45 days so we will start seeing them close to November.
