7lrm or 7 375 ruger brass? Whatcsteps

I am liking the idea of a 7 lrm. What steps are need to neck the 375 ruger brass down to 7 mm. Does it need trimmed during the process? What dies are recommended?

Look into 7mm Dakota. I believe its similar to what you are trying to do...and already done.
