6.5x47 Loads?
Has anyone tried RL17 with the 120gr bullets? I see that everyone seems to like it for the heavier 140gr bullets, but I can't seem to get a good starting point for the lighter bullets.

Go over to the Accurateshooter forum. There are some listing for these loads and others in 6.5x47L. Look under "Big Stuff" 6.5 and up sub-forum.

Most guys are going with either the Berger or JLK 130s, some the 123s.

Yes 17 will work just fine. It has almost the exact same burn rate as 4350 and thats the powder mine loves. Or at least they hang real real close in MV. I tried 17 for a while mine just didnt like it.
