6-284 75vmax and H4350

My 6-284 is nearly done and I would like some help from those that have used some of the same components.

Build sheet:
Trued Rem. short action 700, Lilja fluted 1-12 (the 1-12 was my screw up so lets not even go there) #7 27in finished length.

I have about 1k 75gr Vmax bullets and 250 70gr BT and 250 80gr BT, a good supply of 210M's and 215's and 6lbs H4350 and Lapua brass.

For obvious reasons I would really like to find a really accurate load using the 75gr VMAX's and H4350 with either the 210's or 215's. I want to keep everything safe but I would like to run it on the upper end of the FPS.

Something that shoots 1/2moa at 3800fps with the 75's would be great.

I'm not opposed to using different powder or a different bullet but I would like to use what I have if I can. Anyone have any loads for me with similar components???????

Ok what about using the 87Vmax, anyone have anything they would like to share?

I have a 6/284 and have used H-4350 in it quite a bit. Mine is a 26" 10 twist shaw. I screwed up too. I should have built an 8 twist..

I can tell you mine will not shoot anything bigger than a 85gr Sierra. I have tried 90's 95's and 105's and all were very unacceptable. Mine likes the 70 gr match kings the best for small varmint. But will shoot the 85 game king well enough to be very effective on speedgoats.

So if I were you, I would start with a 75 V-max , a WLR primer and about 46 or 48 gr of H-4350 and work up slow. I will warn you too the H-4350 will get plenty of velocity and can be hard on brass. So start low.
