.338 ulrta mag /swift bullets?

I was wondering if anyone here uses the 210 grain Swift Scirocco bullet's in their .338 ultra Mag's
and if so what loads are they using!
and have you killed anything with them.
I have been using accubonds, and thinking of trying some thing new to play with, but cannot find much info on these bullets, or anyone that uses them
so??

I am using Barnes 225 TTSX's and they shoot great in my 338 RUM. I am using the loads established in the Barnes Book. Should really be great on game. Start at the bottom and work up the load to see if your rifle likes them. I have had great luck in all my rifles with this bullet.

Re: .338 ulrta mag /swift bullets?

I have used Sciroccos in other calibers and very much like the performance on game. I would say it is worth your while to try them. Some guys seem to have trouble getting them to shoot well. I have not experienced this. They are a pure copper jacket and pure lead core. They seem to copper foul maybe a little faster than Accubond. I think they hold up better than the Accubond for retained weight. They don't come apart as easily.
