.338 RUM 300 Gr Berger HE Load Info
I have a .338 RUM that I would like to load some 300 Grain Berger Elite Hunting bullets in and was wondering if anyone might be willing to part with some load information for this caliber. The two powders that I am thinking about and am interested in using for these are either H1000 or Retumbo unless someone on here has a better suggestion. I have tried to get some load information from Berger Bullets but have heard nothing back from them after 2 attempts to get information and their 1st edition reloading book stops at 30 caliber. Any load information would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks and Happy shooting!!

Re: .338 RUM 300 Gr Berger HE Load Info
I tried both powders and preferred retumbo. 90 grn, CCI primer, Nosler brass, 300 gr AB, SMK, or Berger. I'm now getting 2830 from 30 1/2 inch tube. The Sierra book goes way higher than this but I can't in my rifle.
