.300 Win Mag

What are some of the loads you are using for the .300 Win mag and a 180gr bullet. also what are the group sizes I am having a hard time getting mine to shoot under 1" at 100 yds. So far I have used RL 22 and IMR 4350.

Any Info would be helpful.

Clint... I just started reloading so take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt... BUT for me I it was all about Seating Depth, then trying different amounts of powder... I have a non-comerical website The New Mexico Sportsman that goes over some of the issues that I had to work thru...

I shot 75.5gr re22 with 180 AB seated to fit clip, 1/2" group at 100. You might try H4831SC it is a good powder for 180gr.

Clint,
I owned a Sendero in .300WM back in 2001 and here is some of the load data that I recorded while working up loads for that rifle.
In March of that year I tried; 180gn Nosler Ballistic Tip (NBT)/once fired Rem. brass/CCI BR2/75.5gn RL22/.3400" (3shot groups).
May 2001; 180gn NBT/Rem case/Fed 210 LR/75.5gn H4831SC/.6605"
180gn NBT/Rem case/CCI BR2/76.0gn RL22/.4765"
June 2001; 168gn Speer HPBT Match/Rem case/CCI BR2/74.0gn
RL19/.3250"
180gn NBT/Rem case/CCI BR2/71.0gn of IMR4350/.476"
Hope this little bit of info helps. JohnnyK.
