300 rum federal brass

Is the federal 300 rum brass still garbage or are people using it now? I've been using Remington but can also get federal if it's better.

Re: 300 rum federal brass

Its a little harder than rem brass, but not as uniform and i tend to loose 10% of new brass to case necks being split right outta the bag.
