30-378 Reloading

To all you reloading guys,

On average, how many times do you think you can reload 30-378 brass?

Will slower poweders lengthen the life of brass?

Thanks in advance.

When I started pushing mine, I could only get 3-4 before the primer pocket started expanding.

SquirrelNuts, I get 2-4 firings before the primer pockets get loose. My chambers are cut to .001" headspace, or less if I can hit it. The cases themselves are easy to resize because there is very little stretching. I can't tell if the burn rate of the powder makes any difference since the primer pockets don't last. I'm going to try building a pocket swager when things slow down. I don't throw any of these hulls away.

Good shooting, Tom
