I was about to suggest RL-19, but after reading your last post, I guess all I can do is aggree with your starting point data of 63-63.5 gr of RL-22.
It does seem a bit of a slow powder for a 130 gr tho. Have you looked at Noslers recomendations yet? they may have something there. Popapi, sent me the link for my 140gr Accubonds and RL-19. (59.5-61.5-and 63.5)** at 64 gr I was flattening primers pretty good, not pancakes, but definately flat. My point is I was within 1/2 a grain of thier max load, and saw pressure signs. With RL-22, Judging out of my Hornady book for 270 win and 270wsm you should be safely ''ballparked'' , just be carefull as you go up. Good luck
