Re: .260 load data with berger bullets?
My research says the Berger 140 VLD with 36 gr. of RL-15 set just .020 off the lands is good for 1.2 inches at 200 yd.s. Savage Model 110. Got to know where your land's are...

Rem700 blueprinted, Brux 26" #17HV barrel, 1:8.5 twist, WW 7mm-08 brass, Win LR primers, 130g Bergers with H4350. Can't recall exactly the charge (worked up from 41g) or the speed, but this is a very accurate combination for me and proved deadly on this year's antelope trip with 4 kills total out to 600 yards.

Correction: H4831SC is the powder

Re: .260 load data with berger bullets?
41.5gr H4350 in a 7mm-08 win case necked down and a 140gr VLD. The problem was the SMKs grouped better and were faster so I quit using the VLDs

Here's a couple of loads that have worked well for me. The OALs include a Sinclair "hex nut" bullet comparator. For base to ogive measurement, subtract 1" from OAL.
