I haven't used 'em in the 378, but I use 'em in my 375Wby for deer!
They shoot flat! I'm getting a tad over 3000fps and accuracy in the .5MoA range!
What sort of accuracy are you getting?
I found they like to be pushed hard, as fast as you can within reason! I'm actually running 760 behind mine!
You could try another powder like H1000 or Retumbo and see if groups tighten up.
