Re: 257 Weatherby Loads?

100 grain Barnes TSX bullet, Fed 215 M match primer, RL-22 at 72 grains, 3585 fps ave vel out of a Vanguard SS 257 wby.

115 Grain Barnes TSX bullet, Fed 215 M match primer, RL-22 at 68 grains. Havent chronyed this load, but at 69.5 which was too hot, it clocked 3435 fps.

Use this data at your own risk, work up to this load to be sure it is safe in your rifle.

110 Accubond, Ramshot Magnum at 75 grains, Fed 215 M Match primer, Norma brass, 3465 fps.

Reloading is dangerous, work your load up from a safe starting point and back off at least one full grain if any sign of pressure exists.
