223 load recipes.

i am looking for some 223rem load recipes for my new 700spsv, with 26" heavy barrel. i need to look up the twist?? pretty much punching wholes in paper right now.

My AR loves 69 grain MKs and 25 grains of Varget. Usually takes a fast twist to stabilize them though.

27.5g compress load,of varget with a 52-55 grainer.the 55NBT is the for this load in my 223.aslo its a 1:12 twist.same load off the label.
