Re: 200 gr accubound retumbo 300 rum

Stay with the 94gr. charge with Retumbo. If you press it past that you will open the primer pockets pretty quick and have to chunk the brass.

At 94gr. of Retumbo, the 210Vld was 3100 out of my Sendaro. The 200 Nosler was 3263,3267,3261 dirty barrel and 3190,3196,3197 with clean barrel using 91.5 of RL-25. Keep in mind that the RL-25 is very very temp sensitive down here where we are.

Re: 200 gr accubound retumbo 300 rum

thanks pop thats really helpfull going to get a chrono in the near future when my father gets back from vaction where going to order some stuff chargemaster chrono and some other stuff. Tim i'll back it off to 94 till i get the chrono and see what its actually doing . Im not to worried about brass as long as i get 2or3 loads per case i'll be happy i look at like when i use to build and race mopars and peaple would ask how i could afford to spend 6 dollors a gallon on 112 octane race gas and i'd tell um if i was worried about the cost of fuel i wouldnt of built it but i will back it off for safety reasons thanks for all the info

Remember now, quick load is not a panacea! It is just a reference to let you know you're doing. 94 sounds really good to me. That is waht I was shooting BTW.
