180gr bergers+7 BR=?

Hi all,
Does anybody have any good recipes for driving 180 gr VLD's out of 7mm BR. Barrel is 20" with a 1 in 9 twist. Thanks.

I do not have a load for that combo but I would suspect you may have some stability issues at the velocity potential of the 7mm BR. Don;t know for sure until the bullets fly though!

Thanks Kirby, I think I'm just going to start out with some mild 175gr loads, and work from there. If all else fails, I have a 7 mag that will take'm.

7ultra,
at the velocities you will be driving these bullets at ,you will be better served by using the 168gr VLD and it still has an awesome b.c..648 and you wont have the stability issues that Fiftydriver mentioned.
good luck UB

Yeah, I was thinking about that, but order already made and shipped... I'll give them a wirl. If they don't fly, they don't fly, but I'll definately give the 168's a try.
