Target programs with standard deviation?

I'm been looking for programs that I can scan in, and then get a standard stastical deviation from. This looks pretty good, and I downloaded it, but can't locate the guy to get the registration number.
Do you guys know of any programs that scan targets and then use stastical analysis for load comparisons?
thx.
