Re: Rookie looking for advice

by reloading it is possible to save money over factory ammo. the 300 wm is easy and forgiving to load for. to find a load capapble of shooting long range out of a factory barreled sporter using factory ammo is going to be expensive. ( given all answers on LRH are- rem sendero and leup 6.5X20) . if i was you and i wanted to shoot 800 or 900 i would get a 4.5X14 or a 6.5X20 scope and sell the 3 to 9. next i would reload. and i would save for a sendero and sell the sporter eventually. My factory 300 wm sendero is very accurate out to 1000 yards. which is as far as i have shot it.
