Rifle Cleaning Rods

I have a long barrel .300 RUM. The barrel is 33" long. I have not yet broken it in. Where can I get a cleaning rod long enough for this barrel? I would like a good 1 section coated rod. The rifle is scoped so I need as long a rod as possible. Any suggestions as to lenght and where to get it on-line.

Thanks

I would recommend Bore Tech. I have couple other kinds as well as bore tech. Bore Tech has ball bearing in the handle for rotation and it works better than my others.

I've got rods from Dewey and Bore Tech.

I heartily recommend either. They have the size for you. They offer good bore-guides also.

BoreTechs are the only way to go. They come up to 60" lengths and bearings in handle are unbelievable. I have a couple old Deweys that have locked up in the handle.

Re: Rifle Cleaning Rods

I have both Dewey and Bore Tech. Id rather use and buy Bore Tech, better handle(padded foam type), takes common brushes without adapter. After I bought a Bore Tech the Dewey stays in the corner.
