The response on the pillar bedding about hit the nail dead center. As far as where I am shooting, I am in Palmer Alaska, and I shoot daily, regaurdless of temp. Lately though it has been in the 20's and low 30's so I have been lucky. I have in times past shot at -20 F. you can learn alot about ballistics in screwy weather that is for sure.
