You can shoot pretty much anywhere on the public land up at pawnee cant you?

    Yes, it just isn't very close to the Denver area. Same thing with the Comanche.

    good point I've only been up in that area once just to drive around a little bit and there didnt seem to be hardly any people out walking around so you'd be less likely to run into the dangers associated with that in the mountains you cant hardly swing a dead cat on public lands and not hit a hiker just watch out for rattlesnakes!!

    Haha thanks for the heads up. Last thing I wanna do is drive two hours to get lit up. What kind of rattlesnakes is it out here ?

    western diamondback i believe I got bit by one antelope hunting a few years ago in south dakota nasty stuff

    Ok we've got eastern diamond backs at home but they're easy to avoid. We'll hope the same is true out here
