measuring length of pull

Is there an easy way to measure for length of pull ?I am ordering either a b and c gold medalist or stockade stock and am 6'3" it would be nice to get one that fits.I have also thought about getting it with the adjustable butt plate just don't care for that look.

With your right arm at your side bend it at the elbow bringing your hand up 90 degrees (palm up), measure from your elbow crease to the last joint on your index finger. Should get you pretty dang close.

If you're a lefty...... well you know..... use the other hand

At 6'2" mine runs around 14.75, but I usually order 14.5 to allow for some heavier clothing in the cooler weather.

Winmagman is correct !

I will make one suggestion in addition to this method.

If the rifle is to be used in the prone position add 1/2 " to your
measured length of pull.

If shot mostly in the off hand position 1/4" to 1/2" shorter.

All around Hunting stay with your measured length of pull.

If you intend to shoot across the coarse matches (Standing,
Siting, Prone ) then use an adjustable but plate.
