Knoxx stocks?

Has anyone tried this stock Knoxx Recoil Solutions. If so how is it? Not sure about the beading sys. they have.
I still need a stock for my Rem. 700 300rum. Not sure what one to use for back packing. It looks weird but I'm all about function.
