How tight should Action Screws be ?

Can any one give me some guidance on how tight I should get the action screws on my Remington 700. It has been pillar bedded with aluminum pillars. I have a good inch pound touque wrench, I just need some insight of what would help the rifle to shoot its best, Thank. 700 man

depending on who you ask it varies from 35 to 65 in/lbs , On a piller bedded gun with the 5/16" allen socket head I like 50 in/lbs , on my tactical rifle that has a badger bottom and 3/16 socket heads I got 65 in/lbs
