How much to adjust the scope to shoot 500 yards?

I understand this completely. However all my hunting rifles use a 200 yard zero. I assume the math will be different. How do you calculate for this scenario.

    Speedy,
    Just subtract one from the total. A two hundred yard zero simply means you're starting from the two, not the one.
