Good books or videos on how to get started in LRH!!!!!!!

Does anyone know of any books or videos about long range hunting. Also does anyone know if John Burns from the videos "Beyond Belief" has a book out on shooting long range?

After spending alot of time on this (and other) websites, I've yet to find a book that showed me much. Master the search function and settle in, posts are availible from many years back and most topics have been covered. That said, "Precision Shooting at 1000 Yards" had some decent info, IIRC.
