adjusting winchester 70 triggers

adjusting winchester 70 triggers

I recently bought a Winchester Laredo rifle and would like to know if anyone can tell me how to adjust the trigger? also is 3 lbs. safe for the factory trigger? this is my first Winchester I do not know much about them any help would be appreciated chad
