Well, mine is the LR 308 16 or 18" barrel, not sure on length; with collapsible stock and came plain with no sites, just a flat top and no front sight. I'm retired so not much money. I put a Kruger TacDriver scope on it and its good for a 100yds .. I just put a BSA 4 to 12 X and I like it better, because of the magnification now, and will let me shoot further out now.
I think it cost me $1200.00 + for the gun + $150.00 for the scope. I found it was hard to carry it hunting though. (I'm 65) So I got a little swivel that they make and installed it behind the pistol grip. I got a one point sling and I think its great now. I can shoulder it faster than my Savage 110,and the stock makes it nice, because with a heavy jacket I can adjust the stock to fit. The only problem is the trigger is a little harsh, but I got used to it now. I love this rifle just the way it is.
If I had the money I would love to have that other rifle though. $$$$$$
