Re: WTS- 50 BMG rifle single shot Bolt action

What kind of groups does it shoot at 200, 500 & 1000?

Any shooting at 1000+? if so, what kind of accuracy?

    Thanks-

Re: WTS- 50 BMG rifle single shot Bolt action

haven't really had a chance to work out accuracy loads yet, been too busy. With AP and Ball it was about 1 1/2" to 2" group at 100 yrds. The HSM 750g AMax was around 1" at 100 yrds. that was with stock AR trigger. I had more time a couple years ago when I got the components and just never followed up. I got incremental rounds loaded for 3 different bullets but never got to the range with them. Never shot it past 100 yards yet.

I had a 36" Barreled Ferret50 upper but wanted something that could be used for Elk Hunting, thus the shorter barrel. I like the Ligamec better. It looks and feels better and as good accuracy. Since then decided my 338rum is overkill for elk.
