This gun is the Savage Long Range Hunter in 7mm, it has there muzzle break which you can turn on and off buy simply twisting it, it also has a factory installed adjustable cheek piece, accu-stock, accu-trigger which has zero creep and is set at 2 ¾ pounds, the gun has had 175 rounds shot thru it, the gun shoots great, it shoots sub 1/2 moa at 100 yards and on calm days I can consistently hit a 12 inch round plate at 1000 yards
Asking $750 The gun will come with the Talley 20 moa base, warne rings, 96 pieces of brass and also a set of Leupold bases it also has a stud installed for the rapid pivot bipods
Still have the box and all the original paper work
Will sell with the Leupold VX3 6.5-20x50 with a 30mm tube for additional $800

I checked here and you have to ship between two licensed dealers. It would cost $25 for the transfer fee from my dealer here, so I guess it depends on the shipping cost and the transfer fee from your end. One place here wanted $75 for the transfer fee, so it is a wide range.
What loads have you used in the gun? It sounds like I would want to start with the same loads you are using now for accuracy.
