Sako TRG 42 with phosphate action.
I bought this rifle over at the Hide about a year ago with one shot put through it. It's my "cheater rifle",LOL! It's awesome in the wind! 176 grain Cautericio's with a .68BC going 3040 fps pretty much says it all. I used a double ladder test to find the high node and spent a lot of time finding the lowest SD and seating depth. It's about as accurate as a tactical rifle gets and barely broken in at just less than 300 rounds fired through it. 7mmRM feeds like butter in the 300wm mag.
My highlights with this rifle were winning the first long range match I shot with it(was windy) and boringly smacking a 3' steel at 1550Y on a different occasion, even the 1950Y steel wasn't that much of a challenge.
If you want the ballistics of a 338L/250's without the expense and recoil then this rifle is the one.
The barrel has Benchmarks match no turn neck chamber and is Benchmark barrels 28" 5r 9 twist fluted barrel with tactical muscle brake threaded 5/8x24 so if you would prefer to use your suppressor. This muzzle brake is ridiculously effective and the rifle is pleasure to shoot. Stock is black underneath the krylon. Weight is 12lbs.
$2750 obo. Included with the rifle is, 7mmRM Forster bushing bump die, wilson benchrest seater, 100 3x fired brass and 100 new, all Winchester.
Additionally I have 1200 176 grain Cautericios for sale at $40/100.
I also have a new Rock creek 8.4 twist 7mm close to medium palma taper at 30" for $320.
If you want a turn key rifle with scope and rings I can top the TRG with a Bushnell 3.5-21 HDMR/H59 with ARC rings for $1500 more or Nightforce F1/H-58/HS/ZS with NF rings for $2600 more.
Will consider a partial trade for Sako varmint rifle with PPC bolt face, Tikka/223 bolt face, CZ either bolt face.
