Remington 700 BDL Short action

I purchased a 700 BDL, short action (action only, w/ recoil lug, trigger, floor plate) thinking I would build a custom .300 RSAUM or something. I have since backed away from the idea. What is my best offer from an interested buyer? This is the old style, two position safety, ser #A68xxxxx.
Was a .243. I'm told these are hard to come by.
