Who chambered them? Who made the reamer and dies too?

All work was done by Pac-Nor in Brookings, Or. Dies are CH-4D.All brand new.You could call Pac-Nor to get info on the smithing, or call CH-4D and talk to Dave who made the dies.If you need any more info please feel free to E-Mail.I can take pictures.
