Rifles by Penrod Precision don't come up for sale very often. One of the premier rifle builders today, this is an outstanding rifle built by Mark. It is on a Rem 700 LA chambered in 30-06. Mark did his usual outstanding work topped off with a 24" Kreiger barrel. Pillar bedded and marine tex'd in a McMillan McSwirley Sporter model stock 13.5 lop. Pachmayr Decellerator pad. Finished with Mark's premium grade bluing. Rings and bases not included. This rifle is a tack driver but you'd expect that from Mark.
My new rifle from Mark isn't going to be ready for my hunt this year so I will consider the following trades toward my rifle. Remington Titanium Mountain rifle in 7mm-08 or 308 only.
