I have a great shooting 243 20in encore barrel for sale. It comes with the base and rings and the Bullberry forend with the barrel hanger. I have around 200 rounds though it. The reason I am selling this barrel is I am currently trying to build a 338 Lapua and need more cash. Bullberry guarentees there barrels to shoot 1in or less at 100 yds. This barrel shoots far better than one moa. The barrel does have a light scuff mark or two.
