Beautiful Rifle for sale

Kimber 8400 Classic in .300 Winchester Short Magnum. I have original box. It is in great shape, with only a slight blemish on left side of for end checkering.

Shoots like a dream with less than 50 rounds thru it.

I am just making room in the “ole” gun safe for several other projects.

What length bbl. is on it and ..........oh yeah ! how did it shoot with what ammo ?

It has a 24" barrel.

She shot my handloads: 178 A-Max, ahead of 70g of IMR 7828 into less than 1". With 200 grain Accubonds handloads she hovered around 1" as well.

I really have not attempted to seriously shoot her for accuracy yet. I so far have mainly concentrated on breaking the barrel. You know, shoot clean, shoot clean, on and on. So I generally don't test her until she has at least 100 rounds thru her. This one hasn't gotten there yet. But has done well so far.

The perceived recoil does seem less than the .300 WM.
