That's cool, I'm guessing you've never shot a high powered 26 cal, 260AI or bigger, you'd probably change your mind!

I've a custom stainless, win m-70 in 300 ULtra Mag that I shoot in 500 and 1,000 yard matches...

I wasn't being disrespectful, nor am I by saying this. I have never seen a 300ultra win any matchs, I can't imagine a necked down elephant cartridge lasting more than 500 rounds in competition.
